Take the leap!

Introducing the QuantumDrive Overdrive/Distortion pedal.
The first and only pedal to use the principals of quantum mechanics tunneling!

Use the Overdrive and QuantumDrive channels independently or chained together!

The Overdrive channel gives everything from subtle sweetening to TS-style drive to heavy crunch, all while retaining your playing dynamics.
The Quantum Drive channel gives an over-the-top unique distortion rich in dynamic harmonic content - after all it's based on quantum physics!

We are currently developing a patented guitar pickup that utilizes a microwave field to detect and amplify sound. The same principal can be utilized with a diaphragm or vibration sensitive ribbon to pickup and amplify sound in general. A design using this principal has many major advantages over the current designs of guitar pickups, such as no susceptibility to 60-cycle hum, Full-range audio fidelity, and no deadening of the strings inherent in standard magnetic pickups.

In March 2003, inventor Allen Myers submitted a patent application to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for an innovative design to capture sound from vibrating objects using microwaves. The patent was filed and accepted by the USPTO under the name Allen Myers for a Sound Pickup Device. Realizing the huge potential of the technology, business consultant Daniel Decker and Allen Myers teamed to form Acoustic Imaginearing, LLC. Acoustic Imaginearing was formed on May 13, 2003 and now holds the intellectual property of the patent.

Daniel H. Decker is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the Commonwealth of Virginia. His specialty has been working with family-owned businesses. He has 20 years experience in the field of counseling and 5 National Board Certifications. Dan is also the President of Southeast Marketing & Consulting and works with businesses ranging from small local operations to Fortune 500 companies. He is now Chief Executive Officer of Acoustic Imaginearing, LLC.

Allen P. Myers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology and continued his graduate studies and Johns Hopkins University. His career emphasis has been Electromagnetic Compliance and Susceptibility Testing for both private industry and the Department of Defense. He is now President and Chief Operations Officer of Acoustic Imaginearing, LLC. He is also guitar player for retro-progressive Christian band Ezekiel's Wheel.

Does the QuantumDrive have "True Bypass"?

Does the QuantumDrive really use quantum menchanics tunneling to achieve its sound?

Should I buy one?

Tony Levin (King Crimson, Liquid Tension Experiment, Peter Gabriel, etc.)

As a bass player, I'm very particular about how fuzztones work with my sound, and have only found a few through the years that I could work with. So it was great to find that Acoustic Imaginearing's QuantumDrive fits the bill just right. A very cool, well designed effect.
[Tony used the QuantumDrive on the latest King Crimson tour]

Roine Stolt (The Flower Kings, Transatlantic, Kaipa, The Tangent, etc.)

I can hear it doing some of that Fripp/Hackett over the top dist sounds that my other pedals cannot.
[Roine used the QuantumDrive on the Transatlantic release "The Whirlwind"]

Brett Kull (Echolyn, The New Progressives, Always Almost, etc.)

I love it and use it quite often. The range of tone and sound option are amazing.... I can always find a sonic place with your pedal because of its diversity of tone.
[Brett used the QuantumDrive extensively on the newest Echolyn release]

"very cool pedal" - atsushi ikeda

It is one of the few pedals I've used, I would say, that doesn't completely kill your upper presence when the tone knob is down, making that setting more usable for me than others have been in the past. It's an interesting beast, and it's quickly becoming one of my favorite pedals. - Sean, Virginia Beach

Great sound! - Kathryn, Kansas City
